- Rick and I have been married since 1974 and have lived in the family home since 1976 on the farm that the Steele family has farmed and lived since 1914. Rick is my earthly hero and I am his queen. We are kind of attached at the hip. God has blessed us with three children, nine grandchildren, and a grand dog. The purpose for our existence is to bring God, our Redeemer, glory. Life is not about us, but Him. To God be the Glory!

Grateful for the Holy Spirit's convictions
God has been convicting me lately about how ungodly complaining is to Him. (I know I am a slow learner.) What do I possibly have to complain about since I am a child of the King? Philippians 1:27 says "Whatever happens conduct yourself in a manner worthy of the Gospel of Christ." I am pretty sure that doesn't include complaining. So I have extended my motto to: "Don't complain, pray, shut up and smile all for God's glory." Thank you God that you continue to sanctify me! Continue to mold me into Your likeness!
